Largest TT

There was a RV show in Fort Worth last weekend we went to and I had a question;

I was wondering who made the largest Travel Trailer (not 5th wheel) out there?

I mean one designed to run up and down the road not the destination things.

I think the one we own now (Jayco 338RLTS) is almost too large and that 39 feet 3 slides is plenty of camper, considering that we are already limited to just a very few sites in the campgrounds we like. But we love the size. It's about the size of a NY city apartment

Our 330RLTS is also over 39ft with the cargo tray. While it goes up and down the road just fine we do have trouble sometimes finding a spot that it will fit in. We will be leaving it in Az this coming summer and will buy a smaller trailer for traveling and summer time use in the north.

We are planning a long trip 2 years from now (Lord willing). We will be keeping our big trailer but we will be picking up something smaller for the this BIG trip, 1/2 ton or even less for towing. Was thinking about something older that could be somewhat restored as a project while planning the trip (just the mechanicals and structural, don't care if it's pretty) and then sold after the trip perhaps even for a profit. Have not decided on the trailer for the project. That might make a good thread.

Our trailer is 35.5 feet from front to back. So far have not had any problems finding sites. Only been to Az, New Mexico and Texas.

My white Hawk trailer is just about 34 feet long from the rear bumper to the front of the hitch. Last week I stopped at McDonalds for a cup of coffee and heard a person on the sidewalk say that is one long trailer. His friend didn't think that my truck was really able to pull that long of a trailer. I guess they didn't see the side where it said ultralight. Then I noticed that the two of them got into their truck pulling a rather old trailer filled to capacity with all kinds of stuff tied on the roof and added on to the rear bumper.
