Leak around bypass hot water heater

Well went to de-winterize and thought WOW OK not to bad, being the first time, when I noticed water puddle and drips coming from the 3rd shut off/on valve near the water heater bypass. Turned the two other bypass valves loks good but I got one that keeps dripping. Need to take a close look and get this big body in to see if I can change it out, seems like it has a different style clamp than what I am use too, do not know if they rotate, turn or brake then you replace it. ANY IDEAS what I am talking about?

Probably had the same thing that happened to me, I did not drain my low points with my bypass valves open which left a little water between the hot water heater line and the valve, which in turn blew my valves. Those weird clamps are pex clamps which give 360 degree clamp force, unlike a hose clamp which leaves a small gap at the threaded area. They have tools to remove the clamps or you can just cut them off (which is what I did). I did a quick fix in the campground by replacing 2 valves and 2 pex clamps with some hardware found at a local hardware store, it consisted of regular hose clamps which did leak a little bit, I orderded some pex clamps and a tool to install them from amazon for around $40 shipped, valves can be found at most hardware stores, just be sure to get lead free valves.
