Leaking toilet

Hi there...

I know that leaking toilets is a common problem, but it's all new to me. We brought our trailer home to de-winterize and when we began running the water, water came out from the back of the toilet. Thought it might have been one of those pipes behind the toilet but it's actually coming from just under the seat in the back. Is there anything we can do to fix this? Does it have to go to the dealer?

Thanks so much!

Our toilet valve started leaking after about 2 years of Fulltime use.
Bought a valve kit and installed it.
It was not to expensive and installing it was pretty easy.
One of the drawbacks of fulltiming is taking our 5er to the dealer for minor issues on the road is PITA so we just fix the little things and move on.
I now have a spare valve kit for the next time it starts leaking.

The valve kit - is that a special kit for RV toilets? Or could I get one at the hardware store?
