Leveling Jack's issue

I recently purchased a 2011 jayflight 19bh. Took it camping this past weekend, when packing everything up when i raised the leveling jack the head of a screw fell to the ground. After further inspection, i found the screw holding the jack to the camper was broke. i looked at all the other jacks and there were screws missing on those also. will be replacing all screws holding the jacks in place. It seems like when they were installed they were tightened down too much causing the head of the screw to break off bc they were all broke off just at the head. Has anyone else had this problem or something similar?

I didn't have any problem with my last Jayco Jay Flight G2 but I just picked up a new 29RLDS and I will go check it out. Thank you for the heads up.

I believe that self tappers are all that Jayco uses to attach their stabilizers with.

Mine were self tappers, took them out drilled a little bigger hole and put in nuts and bolts, no worries now.
