I use the lynx stop and chocks for my lynx levelers. I also received a pair of X-chocks this past Christmas.

I guess I may try the one axle method when only needing a little to get level, had never even thought of doing that before. I use the BAL X chocks as well to chock the wheels.

I find it just as quick to jack up and put jack stands under the frame on both sides. This makes for a rock solid base and eliminates most movement. I also put a jack stand by the electric jack in the front to eliminate movement there. The electric jacks are designed to provide some movement so that it is easy to hook up. I use either a floor jack or a bottle jack to jack up with depending.

This is exactly how I level my trailer. one block under one axle, then one block under both axles, then two block under one axle and one block under the other, etc. depending on how far I have to go up.
