Little outdoor shower on new trailer doesn't work

Hi. New 23mbh. The shower has a trickle
when turned on. Hot and cold too. But a
very useless trickle. Any thoughts.
I was plugged into city water. Do I need water pump
turned on even plugged into mains ?

Thx in advanceClick image for larger version

Have you tried pushing the button on the shower head? It is a pause button but does not shut off completely for saftey reasons!

I'll bet Rye has it. If that's not the issue unscrew the shower head from the hose and see if you get any water that way. Maybe something plugging the head up. If no water from the headless hose then look at the faucet as the culprit. If it's not a simple fix the dealer should make it right under warranty.
No, you do not need the pump when connected to the city water.

The pump won't (shouldn't) run when you are hosed up to city water because the city water pressure in the trailer is higher than the cut-in pressure setting of the pump whether the pump switch is on or off.

So like Redhorse said, there is no need to have the pump switch in the on position.

Rye's onto something with the water conservation valve on the shower head. Mine has a metal lever, some may have a spool valve with a push button.

Are you using a pressure regulator and/or water filter? These also affect water pressure and may not be required for the particular campground that you are in.
