LP gas feed for Grill not working
I'm new to the forum. Hello!
My 2017 28RLS has an LP fitting at the rear bumper that has never worked. To test, I put a male fitting (no hose) in the female receptacle, the spring outer sleeve closes correctly, and I opened the valve. No gas is getting back there. (and yes the LP tank is turned on!)
It's going to be some time before I make it back to the dealer. Any ideas? It doesn't look like a complicated setup. I do see a junction box about midway underneath the trailer. Maybe just a clog?
Thanks in advance.

Does your stove light? If your stove lights, then the system is full of propane. The stove is the last appliance in the circuit. You can always loosen a fitting at the junction to see. Be ready to turn the propane off though.

Yes the stove lights. Everything LP works... but not this Grill fitting at the bumper.

I assume you are talking about the valve at the female receptacle right?
my setup has two female receptacles. one on the gas line under the trailer, and one on the 6ft adapter hose to the BBQ. The 90deg lever on those fitting both lock the female fitting from opening, and open the small ball valve inside the line.
the male ends on mine are kind of hard to push in all the way.

hope that helps.

It may be the male fitting isn't the correct one for the coupler. Might not be a long enough "nose" on it?

I have a 2016 Eagle and I tried using mine and never got enough pressure to grill. I could light the grill , but flames would only trickle even on high! I just use my spare LP tank.

I do remember spraying some WD40 in the quick connect because it was very tight when I first used it.

Read some of the threads on here about that problem. Your grill may require high pressure lp and have it's own regulator. The lp at the camper feed is already low pressure. It can't be regulated again.
Many have modified their grill to eliminate the built in regulator. There are many ways to do it depending on the type grill you have.

I will add this, I could not for the life of me get the 2 burner stove in my outside kitchen to light. I smelled the lp very faintly, but it would not light. I took the quick disconnect hose off from both sides and actually found a pebble in the end of one of the connectors. So it just may be a clog like mine was.
