My son is a big mountain biker and he uses Muc-Off bike chain dry lube. Works great he says.

I've had success with silicone spray.

X2- I like Tri-Flow, it is a bit expensive, but it works great.

Used spray silicone too over the years., but Tri-Flow seams to hold up longer.

X2 on the Tri-Flow and remember it's not expensive if it works! A little goes a long way and you'll still have some left 5-8 years from now.

If your windows are NOT frameless try to loosen the inside frame screws ¼ to ½ turns. Our window frames were over tightened and we could not move the windows. I also lubricated the slide area with liquid wrench dry lube.
