Maiden voyage!

We are newbies and we have survived our first weekend out. Our new Jay Flight 27RLS was very comfortable and everything functioned perfectly. Glad we did our homework all winter!

Anyone else had theirs out for the first time?

Congratulations on your first weekend and glad that everything went smoothly.

It will be a few more weeks before we head out with our 2015 27RLS.

Nice setup. Glad everything went well for you. I picked up our new 174bh last Saturday from Keystone in Pennsylvania. We headed straight to Florida from there. We stayed at the Kissimmee/Orlando KOA and really liked it.

Congrats!!!

Our F250 was built March 28. The 29QBS was built on April 4th. The tt has been patiently waiting for us since April 6th. Unfortunately, our truck has been stalled near Kansas City on it's transport (Union Pacific Railway) from Kentucky to So Cal.

Hopefully we will have survived a maiden voyage with our truck, and have the best ever maiden voyage with the tt the first week of May.

Congrats, and keep enjoying it! Always hate to see 5 year old RVs for sale that were used 2 or 3 times.

Our Jay Flight isn't new, and our truck definitely isn't. But it is new to us after upgrading from a '77 Layton in March. Everything on the 10 year old Jay Flight worked flawlessly! It is always nice when a trip goes well and is truly relaxing like it is meant to be.

The only downside of the whole weekend was that I realized on Sunday that I left the surge protector behind, fortunately the maintenance man found it and they put it aside for us as it is only 70 miles away and we'll be back that way in a couple weeks.

Way to go! We just did our second weekend trip after picking up our new 2016 Jay Flight 24 RBS three weeks ago. This is our first RV after two years of renting the trailers, once for 4 days to learn how everything hooks up, etc. then last month going 4000 miles in two weeks to test our endurance before we bought. We couldn't wait to buy our own. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we do.
