Question Material on top of slide?

So after we pulled our slide in I was in the top bunch and saw debris from the construction process on the top of the slide. While I was pulling it off with a broom and looking closely. I noticed bubbles and places where the material didn't appear to be adhered to the roof. Is it supposed to be glued down and smooth across the while slide roof? We do have a slide topper over it so the only good way for me to see the roof of the slide is when it is pulled in.

The roof material on my two slides does not look like they are glued down

I think they all have a few bubbles in them. My guess is it needs to expand and contract some
