I carry a stack of 2x8 treated boards for leveling and changing tires
Pull the rig onto the good tire and lift it about 6 inches with 3 stacked boards in a ramp style. Then I use a 6 ton bottle Jack under the spring hanger to lift the bad tire after breaking the lug nuts. Easily lift w/ Jack till the tire spins, change and reverse procedure.
I have used this method many times when I did not want to wait for road service.
