Moving sewer hose connection question

My sewer hose comes out in front of the front tire. Because of this it passes through the space between 2 slideouts. The outside shower is there, as well as the water connection and other things. I would like to route it behind the tires and have it come out after the second tire. I tried routing the hose behind the tires, but it tends to kink it. I know they make angled connections, but doesn't that restrict the flow? Anyone done this, and if so, how?

90* will definitely restrict flow. two 45*s together not so much.
