Moving Up

We are going to be selling our 1997 314bhs and moving into a 2000 312fks which we are buying from a co-worker. The DW said a bigger bathroom is more important than bunks for the 2yo and I wont complain, moving up 3 years and still get to keep a metal roof, that's good enough for me. The unit appears to be in very nice condition and has been a seasonal since new at 2 different cgs. My estimates are that it has less than 500 miles on it from the factory to where it sits now. Hoping to pick it up this weekend as temps are expected to be in the 50's.

Congrats! If it hasn't moved much, I would expect the tires to be in need of replacement. Mileage isn't the issue, age is. Good luck.

Absolutely! I plan on tires and repacking wheel bearings. I ordered the seals today hoping they are the same as the ones on our 314. He said the tires are original. I went down that road with the 314 and not doing that again. It cost me over $500 because I was too cheep to by new tires that year. Instead, I blew one out and burned up my slide out controller because the tire broke the ground wire to it and I jumped the motor to get the slide open. Yep, tires for sure
