New camper still leaking (any ideas)

Our 2016 Eagle is still leaking after going into service.

I was told the leak from the grey water vent pipe was from the pitch of the roof allowing water in. Dealership put caulk around the edge from the top of the pipe to help. I worry about the black water pipe leaking as well but I can't see that pipe because it between 2 walls.

The leak around the EZ-breeze fantastic fan was caulked as well but it is still leaking.

The leak happens when the camper is towed in rain (or at least that's when I find it).

Here are some pictures. Any help please would be greatly appreciated so we can get this resolved before damage occurs.

Pictures from grey water pipe:

The dealership servicing the camper is not who I bought it from because we bought the camper out of state.
Should we call Jayco? Anyone else w/ Eagle high dome roof having the same issues??

The pipe needs to be sealed at the roof with Dicor.

The vent is a new model from Fantastic called EZ-Breeze that is supposed to be able to be open even in rain. I had the same one on my new Eagle, and it was leaking just like that. It turns out that the plastic vent lid evidently has no UV protection, and rots in a very short time in the sun & then cracks. That is what happened to mine, it was leaking when I bought it. The cracks in mine were 1/4 - 1/2" wide, and the dome crumbled in the hands of the tech when he touched it. The dealer replaced the fan with a regular Fantastik Fan that has a UV protected dome. There was question by the service department about Jayco covering a replacement that was not an exact model replacement, but the store manager at the dealership told service to put the different fan on & they would take it up with Jayco, but that they would absorb the cost if necessary. She also had them put a MaxAir II cover over it at no charge. Great customer service by the manager!

Our 2002 Sportsmen had a leak around a vent pipe just like yours is leaking. The vent pipe on the roof did not have a cap on it. It was leaking where the vent pipe came thru the roof flange. I caulked between the vent pipe and the flange opening. never leaked again. Our new 2016 JayFlight has caps on the vent pipes.. The Sportsmen did not. But caulking did fix the leak.

Good luck !

Husband inspected roof today.
1. The EZ-breeze fan has a crack
2. Vent pipe dealership caulked around where cap touches pipe in 3 places. Husband said caulk around vent looks good with no gaps or cracks. Should I still have dealership recaulk around vent?
3. There is a wooden seam near leaking vent. Husband said the wood feels like it's swelling under roof rubber membrane.

We're taking camper back to dealership Monday. Hope they can address issue before holiday weekend. I know they are busy but it's not like we waited till last min. Just picked camper up from them Fri. to find it still leaking.

They need to replace the EZ-Breeze fan. The fan and dome are all one unit and not replaceable. This seems to be a problem with theses particular fans, and I would recommend that anyone that has them should check them regularly. Per the company info from Fantastic Fan, the dome is a UV rated material. Perhaps there was a bad batch that was sent out, I dunno. Fan-Tastic Vent's OEM EZ-Breeze Fan

All I know, is that the one on my unit basically disintegrated after being on the dealer lot in the sun for 6 months before I purchased it, and now the dealer had to not only replace the fan, but also has to replace my bathroom counter top due to swelling from the water leak. The swelling of the counter top was noted during the PDI, but didn't know why, until I got it home & it rained (both inside & out, lol)

Here's a picture of my leak. Looks a lot like yours.

You may want to check for another leak in the area of the vent pipe. It's possible (hope not) that there is a leak in the roof membrane someplace else and the water is working its way to the pipe then inside...yikes!
