New G2 32BHDS

We just bought this awesome 32BHDS and are taking her on her maiden voyage this week. Escaping the Phoenix heat and heading to Flagstaff.

For those interested, that is an 01 V10 4X4 Excursion with 35" tires and brand new 4.56 gears. I just upgraded from 3.73 gears, what a huge difference!

We have done tons of tent camping and were so ready to step up into more comfort and protection from the elements. We have a 3 and 5 year old, so the back bedroom of this trailer was perfect for us. I am a big guy, so the giant bathroom sold me.

Happy RVing - I will post pics of our adventures, and am sure I will have questions as thi is our first RV.

Air bags are next. I was going to try adjusting the WD hitch first, but bags are going on in the next couple weeks.

Congratulations on the new 32BHDS! We absolutely love ours. The slideout bunkhouse gives our girls their own space and plenty of room for friends. Outdoor kitchen is awesome (great fridge, sink, stove and cabinets----only wish it had a microwave--future Mod ). The ducted 15K BTU A/C has kept us nice and cool with our 100+ Texas heat this summer.

Heading to the coast again next weekend; lakes are super-low in the Texas Hill Country. Outdoor shower is great for removing beach sand.

Enjoy!

Congratulations on yor new Travel Trailer! We also love ours. We have owned it for just about 9 months. We bought it from the original owner just 2 years old and he had already put in many mods. Our 3 children love the bunkhouse as do Rocky and I. My 2nd favorite feature is the rear door. I would love to see what mods you do.n we are working slowly as our budget affords to add in homey touches and points of convenience to personalize out TT and help it feel like our home away from home.

Welcome from Tucson. Hope you have a great time. Let us know how the truck pulled the trailer up those hills. Was thinking about getting 4:30 gears in my Excursion with stock size tires. Later Ernie

We have stocked it with our camp cooking stuff, utencils, and bought some new linen. We want to get it to the point where we bring food and some clothes, and hit the road. We are pretty close as we had tons of camping stuff already from our tent days.

What things have been done to your TT, and what do you want to do to it? I am curious what mods people do to these?

Nice camper! We just got the exact same model in March and love it! We tow with a F-250 stock, and it pulls great. Did you guys get the outdoor kitchen option? My only complaint about the camper so far, is the rediculous power cord storage box. Maybe I just need more practice, but I end up with bloody knuckles almost every time I put it away. I was thinking of mod'ing that a little bit like some new trailers have, with a marine grade plug for the 30a cord. Anyway, hope you enjoy your new trailer!

I love mine, although we have only camped three times. Have issue with getting the power cord in.

Question for others - Does your trailer have speakers in the bunk room? When playing with stereo, have the front speakers and outdoor. Wondered if it was supposed to have speakers in back.

Hi from Sierra Vista, AZ. Enjoy your new TT. I am new to the RV scene and bought a 23FB feather G2. I am sure I will upgrade later on as I love to camp!
Let us know how Flagstaff was.

I've got a 2011 model and there are no speakers in the bunk room. Seems like there should be, since the 'speaker C' button doesn't do anything on the radio, but I guess they figured we didn't need speakers back there (cost savings).

Other than that, I love the trailer.

Thanks for confirming. Just thought maybe they missed them in mine. Once I get a lock on the outdoor fridge, I will be set!

your "c" button doesnt turn on the outside speakers? or do you only have 4 speakers?

my eagle has 6 speakers 2 outside, 4 inside in main living area that can be seperated by the A & B button-A plays 2 towards the front. B plays 2 in the middle and C plays outside.

Only have four speakers... two inside and two outside. Can't remember off hand, but either B or C button turns on the outside speakers, and then the other doesn't do anything. I guess that's one of the upgrades available with the Eagle model!

My 2011 29bhs has a,b and c. A is one speaker in the main living area towards the front. B is one speaker towards the back of the living area. C is the outside speakers. Not sure if that helps you at all
