Here's the part number: Norcold 629520 Heat Deflector Service Cap Kit
I found it on Amazon. However it has not been road tested to see if this is the cure.

One inconvenience is that the grey water outlet and the black water outlet are separate. I've seen on some RVs you can hook up your hose, flush the black water, and then flush the grey water. On the Hummingbird, you have to hook up the hose, flush the black water, unhook the hose and attach it to the grey water outlet and then flush the grey water.
An option is to obtain an additional sewer hose and use a "Y" sewer hose connector to eliminate disconnecting & connecting a single hose every time you drain the waste water tanks.
We use two 10ft hoses and a Y connector on our 17RK. They will both fit in the bumper. I also keep a another 10ft extension in a container if we need it.
I thought the refrigerators in the Hummingbirds were only 2-way (propane/120vac), is this correct?
Or are they actually the 3-way version with 12vdc power option as well?
Thanks.
My 17RK came with a 3 way Norcold. 120/propane/12v plugged in it takes a few hours to cool, the 12volt seems to do fine keeping it cold when hooked to the truck. Propane is a bit of a pain to get lit the first time (run the stove for a bit) but after that works well too.
What really stinks is Norcold makes a 3-way version that's only about $100 more retail that is the exact same size. I would've gladly paid an upcharge to go with the 3-way option.....but Jayco was kind enough to not offer that.

To many options frustrate the buyer and make production more costly. But the choice of appliances seems like one that would be profitable and easy to manage.
