If you haven't done so, consider buying a composition book or the like and start keeping a log or journal of your adventures. I started one 3 years ago and I write down all the details of each day while we are camping. Where we stayed, which site, weather conditions, what we fixed for meals, accident, mishaps, and all the things that seem unimportant at the moment. My journal makes for some fun reading in the off season and gets me pumped up to go out in the spring, not that I need any stimulus to get revved up about camping!!!

I would add a rain jacket or something similar if you need to get out in the middle of the night in a rainstorm, needed mine a few different times! Also pack some old newspaper or some other sort of fire-starter in case you have wet would or need to use the fire during wet conditions. First aide fit for the just in cases also is a good addition.
This site is a wealth of information from the beginner to the experienced!
