New Owner of TT and trying to mount TV

I am a new owner of a 2015 28BHBE Jayco Travel Trailer and I need to mount the television in the entertainment wall. Not sure if I should just be using a standard wall mount unit for a flat screen tv or if there is anything special that I need to look out for. Any help would be great!

Usually the factory marks the wall where support exists for the TV mount. I think any standard TV mounting bracket that fits your TV will do.

You have to make sure you can secure the TV in a fixed position when traveling. Some use a locking pin, or, you can secure it with a strap secured to the wall. Good luck.

Or you could make yours removable, which is what we did on our first TT.

Do pay close attention to the size, weight, etc. when mounting though.

This really seems like great info. Hopefully I won't have any issues when I mount it next week. My main problem is that on the other side of where I need to mount it is a mirror. I will have to use smaller lag screws so I don't go through to the othere side.

I don't think you want to use lag screws. You need to be using wood screws into existing wood studs. At least I think that is what is used. Lots of good intentioned information on here, including mine! LOL
