New White Hawk
I've been lurking for a few months. I appreciate all the advice and tips everyone shares and want to make sure to thank you. Just picked up our new 2015 White Hawk 24RKS and set it up on the side of the house. Now we get to play with it for a couple of weeks before its maiden voyage.

LIer,
I'm in the same boat. Lurked and read a lot of posts. Learned a lot and bought a lot of stuff I didn't know I needed. Now my RKS is in the back yard where I can play with it. Of course it's a few years older than yours so I have to play more carefully 8). I learn something new about it every time it go out there. Now if I could just make time for that maiden voyage all would be great!
Congrats and enjoy,
Hoamy

Congratulations on the White Hawk, and Welcome to The Forum! Ya' just gotta love RKS models (Hawks & Eagles), with all the storage and open space inside.
Hope you enjoy yours for years to come! Happy camping!

Congrats on your new toy. I saw your post which reminded me to post a thank you when I got mine home. Looking forward to picking up more tips as I try to figure out what I'm doing.

Congratulations on your new White Hawk. I really think you will enjoy it. Peggy and I have a 2013 WH 26DSRB and we love it. What part of Long Island are you from? We grew up in Valley Stream, Nassau County

Welcome to the forum. Grew up in Garden City. Lived in NYC west 71st street when we were first married. Happy to be in the south for the last 40 plus years. Hot here but the cost of living and traffic is far less!

I'll post some pictures this afternoon. Really appreciate all the well wishes. This is a great group. Checked out a few other boards and they just don't have the same helpful, happy community feel. Glad to see so many campers happy with their WH.
We lived in Bethpage when we were first married and moved to Sayville 21 years ago. Hope to head south in a few years.

We looked for over a year before biting the bullet. Happy with our pick. Lots of storage. It's only DW and myself most of the time. College age son will join us when it's parked at the beach. I'll get those pictures up for you later today!

Here's a couple pictures. Had to work around fence to get a shot of it by the house. The rear pic is before we hooked up at the dealer.
