Newbie - Jay Flight 26 RLS Water Heater Problem

We are on our maiden voyage with our new Jayco Jay Flight 26 RLS.

Everything is working fine except the water heater.
  1. Propane is on (stove is working)
  2. Water heater is pictured below
  3. We're hooked up to 30 amp service and city water right now
  4. Opened the panel
  5. Looked at the instructions for lighting the pilot on the panel but they do not seem to match our controller
  6. We have no visible buttons or knobs

I'm stumped, any suggestions?

PS

Researching it further it appears that it should be using electricity to heat the water when we're on shore power. So, I think I need to check the fuses.

Never seen that ignition system before....go off the instruction supplements in your owners manual packets....not on the door. The door instructions are generic. Mine has notes for 2 different ignition systems.

There is no pilot light. It has DSI (Direct Spark Ignition). There should be a couple of switches (usually located on the panel with your tank level lights) one for running the water heater gas and one for electric. I could not confirm yours can run on electric from your picture but most can.

Dohhhh. The SWITCH. Well, they say no matter how much you try to write down and remmeber at the walk through you'll miss things.

There's a switch (Thanks Chuck from Sparta) in the tank level panel. See image below. We're all set.
