odor coming from storage area...

2008 jay feather 311 which we just bought has slight odor in the bedroom in the front of TT. directly under our pillows is the storage leading outside which I was able to pick up a stronger smell. Any ideas on how to tackle this issue the right way? Doesn't appear to any water damage or visible mold, just the smell.

Have you checked the mattress? It could be mildew at the head of or underneath the head of your mattress.

Or, sometimes as one tank has emptied and the regulator switches to the other, a pilot light goes out and you might smell the last of the tank empty.

What kinda odor? Fishy, sulfur, egg, musty, etc.

Could be a number of things. I would first take the matress out and air it out of a few days. Next I would wash things down well maybe with a weak bleach solution. At the same time I would look.for signs of water.

Also check the roof and all the exterior seams. You do not want cracks in the caulking or water will get in. This inspection should happen twice a year.
