Two big thumbs down for Albany RV! Great price and everything after that is not worth going into. i envy you that are able to receive good service after the sale.

I'm on my third one from Colerain RV, Cincinnati. If I buy another, I'll buy it there.

We purchased our 2012 365 BHS from Forest Marine in Tyngsboro, MA. Bruce was great and crunched the numbers for us, coming real close to an online quote. They are a no/non-sense dealer and will tell you the way it really is. Bruce was patient while the wife and I ordered. He took the time and explained the pros and cons of each option. When we had some problems that were covered under warranty, Derek came to our seasonal site located over and hour away from the dealership to inspect and trouble shoot the problem. We have had a great experience with Forest Marine in Tyngsboro, MA.

we have purchase 2 units from Town and Country RV in Clyde OH. Professional and personable, with reasonable prices. Always remember your name and work hard to fix things right. Our first unit popup 1406 had the water pump leak the day after we brought it home - they came to us to repair - an hour trip. service people are excellent.

Burton Campers, Calera, Alabama is my choice. I bought from them and have never regretted it. Before and after the sale they have been first rate.

I have already mentioned Thompson Family RV in Davenport, Iowa, but had occasion to call Scott in Service with a question a couple days ago and rather than putting me off as a car dealer often does, he gave me a full explanation of what was needed to resolve my question on removing a couch.

But this post is to recognize Jayco, as my 3 a.m. email to them with the question was answered in the morning. We were lucky to buy from this team.

I too have to second Hilltop Trailers. Top notch, know me by name. Repairs are done quickly. Nice selection of rigs, and they have a large service group to fix you up right away.

A true pleasure @ the new RV One branch in Tampa FL

Have a part due, we shall see how that goes...
Hate being pessimistic -- I am sure it will be fine

I was happy until I bought a new truck and moved the hitch from my old 2009 GMC truck to my new 2013 GMC truck and found that when the dealer installed my 5th wheel hitch in my 2009 bed he only used 4 bolts when bolting the L brackets to the frame rather than the 8 bolts required. When I called them up and asked them about the install "error" the manager advised "that's the way we always did it up until about two years ago". I mentioned that no where in the instructions does it allow for 4 instead of 8 bolts. His only response was "we install with 8 bolts now".

We just bought yesterday from Karen @ Burton. All these people are great. If we ever get rid of this one we will go right back to Burton for our next one!

Purchased from Kuhl's Trailer Sales in Ingraham, IL. Third unit bought from them. Great dealer, great people to work with, and great service department.

I'm glad to see another happy Burton Campers customer Dirty Bird. I was there day before yesterday picking up a part and visiting with their service manager. I will say it again - Good People at Burton Campers.

I'm happy and impressed with Rick's RV. It is a good business model that makes you sometimes feel like you are with family and friends. They almost match the internet price when I bought new but have given me invaluable advice and info all along the way.
