Ok, so who is happy with their dealer

I am.

I had a small accident that required me to take my new 28bhs to them pretty much unannounced ( to the service dept anyway ) Labor Day on my way home from a weekend of camping. After a few phone calls to see how I wanted the repairs to go they slid my trailer in the mix and I got it back today no fuss no muss.

I'll post a few pictures later.

My dealer matched an online or internet dealer offer and the deal was done via email and a phone call or two. We drove a thousand miles to pick it up. It was all ready to go when we arrived. Did our PDI, left it there for a week while we continued to the coast to visit relatives. Being close to the Jayco plant meant we saved just about enough on delivery alone to pay for the 3800 mile round trip.

Of course, it's difficult to get warranty work done, only one CW dealer in our area will do it. Fortunately, we had just two minor issues that we saved up until the warranty was nearly out. It was a risk that paid off.

We bought from Richardson's RV in Menifee, California. They were just "ok." Nothing spectacular. All warranty work gets shuffled to the back of the line, which I hear is typical. Our black-tank flush was leaking and it took two weeks to get the trailer back. The usual shop we go to (they don't do warranty work for Jayco unfortunately) told me he could have it fixed in about 3 hours (by lunch that day) but the labor charges might not make it worth it since they had to remove the sealed underbelly to get at anything. I should have paid the few hundred bucks and gone home happy.

We have an outside speaker that doesn't function and the dealer was supposed to call me when the replacement speaker came in from Jayco. Trouble is, I was told this back in June. So I'm trying to figure out how to get the cover off the speaker and replace/upgrade it myself.

I am NOT happy with my selling dealer. Lies and incompetent help is all I have been witness to. I am happy with a dealer in Idaho that fixed most issues our trailer had.

I really don`t have one. Purchased from RV direct 4 years ago and I`ve never been back to a dealer for anything. The nearest RV dealer of any kind here is about 70 miles away, and they do not sell Jaycos anyway.

Burlington RV in Wisconsin. A 40 mile drive but the closest Jayco dealer. My parents have bought 4 trailers from them and I bought my first from them as well. Not the cheapest, but the best service ever. I had a warrenty problem that they fixed but the new part was flawed as well. I dropped it off and they fixed it again no questions asked. I was going camping that weekend and because of my work schedule I could pick it up in time. They delivered it to my house at no charge.

FOURWINDS in Maroa, Illinois! Purchased 5 campers from them over the years. Service dept. is second to none. The absolute best!
Might not have the lowest price, but they WILL take care of you.

7 O's in Kirkville, NY. Family owned dealership. We have purchased 2 units from them and are very pleased with the sales people as well as service. Bottom line is that my experiences with them give me good reason to trust them and that is worth a lot.

I'll second Seven O's in Kirkville! We have bought 3 units from them and have recommended them to all of our friends and had 2 of them buy units from them.
