Don't worry folks there's plenty of "warm weather" summer ahead of us. This has been the lousiest spring I can remember. Probably won't get camping till next month. Grrrrrrrrrr :lightning:

Congratulations on new trailer. I was at jayco last week and took a video of one of their storage yards, I'll try and post it once I get back home. There are thousands of trailers waiting to be transported out of Indiana. It is a non stop parade of new units on the road Down there.

Lets hope mine makes it off the lot soon, talked to RVDirect and currently there is a 2-3 week shipping backlog according to Jayco. I asked RVDirect to reach out to them. That would put my order to delivery date at darn near 12 weeks.

I'm somewhat envious of those who have just picked up their new campers.
Supposedly our new Eagle has been built and being shipped 4/23. That same week we're moving my dad up here to da U.P. to be closer to us. Maybe on the way back home I'll be able to make a quick stop and see it for the first time. Probably won't be able to actually get it until enough snow melts where we can get our trade-in out of storage.

I wanted to finish off this thread.

I traveled to RV Direct today and did the PDI, the gentleman was rather thorough in prepping the systems for me, he even checked all fittings and removed the dead panels for my inspection of connections. Only two issues, one is a 6" piece of wood molding missing on a cabinet along the ceiling (has a gap) and a nick in the lower drivers side cap, that will require sone touch up paint. The nick is a small scratch like defect but should cover up nicely with a half hour of work. I will perform both repairs when they send me the parts.

I will comment, the trim is well done and overall the build is very good. They did a few custom upgrades, AE slide toppers which came out nice, all Lino throughout which looks great, and a high speed thermostatically controlled vent fan in the rear bedroom. For the price, I expected a simple create-a-breeze fan but they went all out.

I'm still surprised Jayco doesn't caulk the roof line trim, corner trim, or slide trim. To my knowledge, only brand who doesn't finish this off. It's evident they are found of butyl tape as its already showing at the trim pieces.
