our improvements

Here are some pics of how we added storage for only a few dollars.
Towel bars and hooks came either from Lakeside or Camping World. For the rack next to sink (a Walmart purchase), we used a heavy Command Hook at the top and 2 smaller ones to hold bottom corners.
The TV bracket is screwed into wall plate with three 5/8" lag screws.

It works really well for us. We put meds in the top, toothbrushes in the holder, toothpaste next to them, hang wash cloths on the side posts.

My wife and I were going to get the towel rack but we're worried because it goes on the inside of the door but we're worried about the over the door portion not working with our door. You have the same door arrangement so can you give me details about how it is working out for you, please?

Ours works really well. There is large enough gap at the top so it doesn't hit the door frame. It has some foam on inside of door hook plus rubber bumpers on the back so it sits well and doesn't mar the wood. It also came with two small screw holes in the top of the bracket you can use to attach it to door even more securely. It's one of the best things we've bought. It does make a very small standing space inside bathroom even more snug, but it's worth having the hanging space.
