I just added a Can Cooker Jr to my RV stuff and used it twice so far and I am very impressed so far.

Made a cajun boil type meal of potatoes, sausage, corn, mushrooms, and shrimp and it was super easy and good. Last trip I put two racks of ribs in it with some apple cider and Baby Rays and then put them on the grill for 5 min after and everyone raved about them.

I put it on a butane stove and forget it for 30 min and dinner is ready.

So far....LOVE this thing.

Both of our boys were in Scouting so we have amassed quite some gear over the years and now that both are done, the gear seems to migrate to the TT.

2 burner camp chef
Charcoal grill / smoker
Dutch ovens and stand
Cast skillet
We rarely use the stove in the camper or the bumper grill that came with it.

The kids two favorite Dutch oven recipes are mountain man breakfast and French toast casserole.

3 Burner Camp Chef Denali Pro with cast iron griddle... It's a beast but nothing beats it.

It's been close to 5 years since my original post on this thread! Wow!

Anyway, still using the Weber Q and still doing just fine!

As much as I'd love to have a Camp Chef (or something like it), I just can't justify it yet. There's only the 3 of us 99% of the time. Even last weekend, we grilled for an additional 4 people (7 total) and my Weber Q did an outstanding job!

We actually had to run out and grill our meat between thunderstorms, so the speed and convenience of the propane grill was perfect.
