I insisted on an oven when we were shopping. We've used it a couple times. Our problem is that we don't want to create the heat. Well, that and sometimes when we're out camping we're just downright lazy. We tend to have light breakfasts, lunch is quick and easy so we can stay on the go, and dinner is typically grilled outside.
For years, we have only sought out recipes that take no more than 30 minutes from fridge to table, and not many oven recipes fit that bill. We tend to bring that which we eat at home out on the road, so our meals tend to be quick and easy on prep, and we enjoy our time together at the table.
I'm still glad we have it just in case for those mornings when we just have to have biscuits or cinnamon rolls...
