I changed my OEM shower head to the Oxygenics 5 years ago. The original one when turned on and aimed straight up provided a dribble of water spray about 4 inches above the shower head (I have a hand held shower head on a hose). When the Oxygenics head was screwed on and turned to spray up the water hit the ceiling. Enuf said!
The Oxygenics does not increase water pressure, but with the inclusion of air into the water stream it does increase the rate at which the water comes out giving the impression of increased pressure. It does use less water than the original one and provides a much better shower experience.
I would not have a shower without one.
