Question Paint Fading - TT 1 Year Old

I have a 2014 White Hawk 27RBOK with white and brown paint and decals. The brown front top is fading and oxidizing about 14 inches down from the top - not too noticeable from the ground. I'm surprised as I've had the TT only one year this month and have waxed it at least three times in the last 12 months. I've seen others with the same problem - only worse. I did not cover the TT until recently. Is this a common problem? How can I prevent this? I'm sure the cover will help.

Fading Issue

Hi WhiteHawk! What became of your fading issue? I noticed I have some fading happening on the front of my X23B including all along the rounded front top edge.

These companies are going to regret going from the good old white campers to all these dark colors. Sure they look nice when new, but are gonna look like crap after a couple years in the sun. My 2016 Jay Flight has all sorts of black on it, and I've noticed issues with the expansion and contraction of the black aluminum and vinyl.

Rog1968 - I sent an email to Jayco with the details of the fading cap and they agreed to have the dealership examine the TT and make the call. Since I have one more trip planned in October, Jayco agreed that I could have the dealership look at the oxidation in November. Jayco related I need to take our email traffic to the dealership as evidence of their interest in the repair.
