We are currently on our first camping trip with our 2016 Jayco 287BHSW. It from what i can tell is almost the exact same trailer layout (other than we do not have a med cabinet in the bathroom). We are still adjusting to what fits for us but we keep the long propane bbq hose and extension cord, duct tape, rope, and misc tools along with a small stick vacuum (110v ac) under the chair when you first walk in. All of our pots and pans go above the couch. Cleaning supplies in a plastic tote, toiletry’s in another plastic tote, and a handful of other things in plastic totes. All of the totes are stacked in the bottom of the left cupboard door of the main storage area. One of the reasons we went this this trail was all of the storage options. Most of the time when you see people camping (my parents included with their fifth wheel), people live out of storage totes outside. Now this is our first trip and it might be too early to say this, but other than sand toys and fire wood, we do not use any totes outside. There is 2 times the storage than we need so far. Blankets, towels, silver where and everything else has a place. We have not put anything under the dinette or any beads.
We have a coleman road trip grill that fits nicely right under the front storage area along with all of our camp chairs.
I would like to see what others use their space for along with more extras to get for this.
