Power Jack FIC-3500

Just picked up our 2014 264BH last week and are still putting things away before we take it out. I do have one question though, anyone know who makes the FIC-3500 power jack? I didn't have a manual in my packet from the dealer and I can't find a name or tag anywhere on it - unless it's inside the unit.

Thanks

I have the same jack; interested to know what you find out about it...

I remember doing a google search one time and I found some reference to those jacks on the web... but not sure if it had the manufacturer....

Probably a chinese company that just supplies them to the RV world

I googled it as well and didn't come up with much, other than other distributors.

I talked with my dealer yesterday and he wasn't sure either. He did some research and said that it's a Jack Quick HH-3500. Not sure why the front label says FIC-3500 though - maybe an off brand of the Jack Quick?

I wanted to know the exact same thing!
I called Jayco and asked the lady who answered the phone. She said that is made by WESCO. I searched everything I could about WESCO and could find nothing about them making electric tongue jacks. They seem to make a bunch of other stuff, but not tongue jacks that I could find. So I'm not sure she was right about it.

I hope someone on this forum knows for sure because I did not get a manual crank with mine and I am looking for one. Will another company's manual crank work on it?

Thanks for asking this question!

James

No need to fret about the manual crank, or spend the bucks and time buying a specialized one. Just grab a 7/16 socket with an extension. I just went out and verified that's the size it takes.
