Propane Tank Size

For those of you with a Whitehawk, what size are your propane tanks? I couldn't find it on the Jayco Website. My in laws have a 27DSRL and said their tanks are small. Like smaller than a 20# grill size tank.

The 2015s and earlier came with 20 lb tanks. Hear that the new 2016 have a 30 lb option.

Our Whitehawk 2013 26DSRB came with 2 small 20 pound bottles. The same size as our BBQ grill. I removed them and installed 2 larger 30 pound bottles.

If you went up to a 30#, were the hoses already long enough?
Thanks

Yes the hose is long enough. But I did have to get a longer threaded rod to secure the tanks due to the taller tanks

The bracket that holds them is designed for even height tanks, so you would need to rig a way to secure each tank.
