Pulled the trigger!

So today I went ond ordered a 2016 38FDDS. Options include the elite package, thermal package, upgraded A/C (15k btu), hide a bed, and 39" tv.
Coffee interior.

Stuck with the standard tin siding w/ framed Windows.

No delivery date specified, I'm guessing after the first of the year.

Congrats on the new unit! The wait for delivery is the worst part, followed by the inability to use it because of winter, if that's the case.

Thanks! Yes. It will indeed sit at the dealership until spring delivery to Cape Cod. It's going be a long winter!

Congrats on the new trailer. Smart for ordering now so that you have it for the spring. We ordered from Forrest RV in Massachusetts and have been very happy with the service. We also camp up the Cape at Peter's Pond.

My seasonal spot is at shady knoll in Brewster. I can't wait until it comes in.

I ordered mine in December and asked for an April delivery. So I was able to get the business-is-slow price. I was told Jayco built it early that month, so it didn't sit around during our hard winter.

I was told they build in model runs. So it'll be built whenever the next 38fdds run is. They dealer didn't know as the actual order to Jayco won't be placed until tomorrow.

Not sure if this is your first purchase from Forrest RV or not. We have bought two campers from them and have been very happy with the service. Brewster is a great part of the Cape. This will be our 3rd season at Peters Pond in Sandwich.
