putting pegboard in storage

Does anyone knows if this mod will void any warranty? I just want to put pegboard with some hooks in storage compartment to make it tidy using 3/4 wood screws.

I don't see how that could be a problem. You are not making any structural changes.

I did a similar mod using luan and hangars several years ago. Cant see how it would void any warranty.

I can't see that it would be an issue. I attached slide adjustable closet rods about 6" from the top of the basement storage spanning side to side, to make a rack type of shelf that I slide in a fiberglass step ladder, a broom, small aluminum flat shovel and various extending poles and anything else that fits and stays. I screwed wooden blocks right in to the covered panels, then screwed the rods to the blocks. You can hardly notice when the screws are removed. The RV tools from Jayco are hung on the walls as well in a more compact organized manner. Just be careful as to what is on the other side that any screws might affect.

And that is how the warranty could be voided.

The side panels of my 321RLTS fiver are covered with some type of fabric. Making certain there is nothing behind the panels to be damaged, I simply attach hooks with screws wherever I need or want them. I really like the idea of using expandable curtain or shower rods across the sidewalls to make more use of the upper sections of the storage compartment. My storage compartment is not very wide, but it is tall. By using the expandable rods, I can make more use of the upper section of the storage compartment instead of stacking things on top of each other. Also, if I remove any of the hooks, the screw holes do not show at all.

In general, making reasonable changes will have no affect on the warranty. I have made a lot of modifications to our HTT, and have absolutely no issues with the warranty.
