Question $$$$$$ question

We have a 2005 Jayco 27BH in excellent condition to sell. Unit is fully loaded including surround sound theater system. I am curious as to where I should begin pricing this unit. I am looking to obtain a price that would be fair to the buyer as well as us (the sellers). Opinions ???

In Dec. 2009 I sold my 2004 27BH and w/d system for $6,000.00. There is also a link to get TT prices http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs

The link provided above will be a great starting point. You may also want to search the internet and see what prices are being advertised for the same unit.
Here is one link I found:

Here is another link just to give you different price range:

What someone is willing to pay for it is what it is worth. Advertised price does not really give you everything you need but it is a good place to start.

What I've always been told is to find the NADA price without entering any of the options in. Just the mileage and model information.
