Radio loses memory
2011 26RLS. We keep it plugged into shore power when not at a GC. Everytime we turn on the radio, we have to reprogram the preset stations. Read through the manual and followed the instructions to the letter and the presets are still lost. The radio is the orginal one. The clock never has to be reset. Any ideas?

That is strange, perhaps the radio is defective. Only suggestion would be to turn the radio down real low when you do not wish to hear it, not off until you get it repaired/replaced.

There is also a reset button (inside small hole) on the front of most models. Doing a full reset sometimes correct undeireble conditions.

Normally (in vehicles) that means the radio does not have a constant 12 volt power supplied. Perhaps the fuse for the 12V constant has blown. Either a
in-line with the wire or located on the back of the unit.
Since the clock does not need to be reset could mean that the clock has it's own "Battery" internally and the presets require constant 12V power and it is not there to keep the presets set.
Please let us know once you have located the problem. I am curious as to what the problem really is.
GOOD LUCK!!!

You could just send the radio to me. The way my memory is going, your radio and I would make a great pair!

Jeannie you would get the radio and ask "Why is someone sending me a radio?"

True. But it would be a pleasant surprise for me when I received it.

I had the same problem and a call to Jensen tech support told me that there are 2 battery feeds to the radio. If the 2nd wire not connected you will have that problem. It may be a good thing as it will draw on your battery when TT not used. If you travel a lot then you will have to retune anyway at new locations.
I think it is better to leave off.

I noticed that I have had to set the clock as well. Guess when the trailer goes in to the dealer for winterization, I will have them look at this. Closest dealer is about an hour dirve and I am not in the mood to (a) tear into myself or (b) make a special trip for something so simple.

Without the second wire connected, the radio will not have an memory functions and you'll have to reset everything.
