Rainy tips

Park the door of camper away from incoming rain. In my case rain from S W, door faced N E
Also pick a high spot in the ground to put your door so water doesn't puddle at your entrance.

Dip the correct end of awning, where all the water will run away from the main door.

Take the dog for a walk, I do. I don't have a 4 seasons trailer but I do have the wardrobe.

We do a road trip and check out what's in the area. We start at the local tourist bureau, then pick out a place to visit. Every tourist bureau will give you the local newspaper free (at least the ones I been at). They will also info you of any local happening's. They generally have discount coupons as well just ask what they have.

Lots of things can be done. I like to keep the (electric) awning out if the wind is not too bad. This past weekend, sat under the awning, did the evil thing called “work”, on the laptop (no internet), and feed the fire. All while the DW read/napped, and the kid played inside. Personally, as long as it is not to cold, I like to take the dog for a walk. Nice thing is, rarely is anyone else is out, so I will take the dog off leash, and she runs about 6 x the distance I walk. Just make sure the dog’s towel is handy for her wipe down when we get back.
