Real Happy with our Dealer
We bought our first Jayco from RV City, about 80 miles south of Tucson, AZ. We had it for 8 years, with never a problem. Bought a Forest River high-wall after that, from a different dealer. Right now have gone back to RV City and gotten our first TT, a 2016 Jayco White Hawk 23MRB.
Our salesman, Mike "Kiwi" Bell, has been very patient with the DW's e-mails and calls, and has been great at keeping us posted on the progress of our order. The "money guy," Toby, spent a fair amount of time with us yesterday, going over the deal he could make us - and he made us a very good deal, just what we were hoping for.
We met another salesman (a new guy, David), and one of the detail techs (Dee), both of whom were really nice. They all paid attention to what we wanted and addressed our concerns. We didn't do the full PDI when we went down there yesterday, 'cause they hadn't even finished checking the trailer in yet, and hadn't gone over it themselves, but they gave us plenty of time to take the measurements DW wanted (so she can start accessorizing).
These guys were as good as we remembered them, and we're really glad we went back there. There are a couple of closer dealers, but one is a complete butt (pardon my French) and the other is so big and corporate we didn't feel any personal service vibes. Eighty miles is not too far to go to work with people you like and trust - and they like our dog, too. After a few months, they even remembered his special diet and knew not to give him the treats they have on hand.
