Your post doesn't mention any alarms or flashing lights so I have to think either the refrigerator isn't getting any power at all or it's running. To check for power, open the refrigerator door. If your unit has a light inside, it will come on.
However, since I see this is your first posting (Welcome!), I'm going to assume you might be unfamiliar with how an RV refrigerator works.
An RV refrigerator's cooling is achieved by using the absorption method and is completely silent in operation. There is no compressor and no moving parts. Signs of cooling is not instantaneous like in a home refrigerator or air conditioner that uses a compressor. On an absorption refrigerator, the first noticible signs of it getting cold will be in the freezer. Feel the back wall of the freezer after the refrigerator's been on for several hours. You should be able to notice a difference in temperature.
