Refrigerator question

I have a 2016 28BHBE and keep my trailer at a camp site year round.

Sometimes I'm not there several weeks. I'm on electric and keep it on lowest setting when away. Would it be better to shut it off each time and restart?

Thanks

We store the TT next to our house and here in FL it gets hot/humid even in the winter. We turn off the power at home. We always, wash down the inside of the fridge, and keep the doors open about 2 inches to allow air to circulate. Do not close them if you turn off the fridge with as mold will form inside. We keep the ceiling fans running on the thermostat 24/7 while sitting next to the house. We have SOLAR so we do not need to keep it plugged in to shore power here at home.
