Removal of Wardrobe Drawers in Jayflight 25RKS

How do you remove the dresser drawer in a wardrobe unit? We had a drawer stuffed too full of towels and a hand towel got pushed to the back and dropped down behind the drawer. No way to reach it thru the little gap at the top of back end of drawer. Each side of drawer slides have a little plastic part with a narrow tab that moves, but doesn't seem to be a release or at least I can't figure out how to get it to release the drawer. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.

I see you have a 2010 25RKS G2 model. I have 2007 25RKS and I have on occassions removed the drawers with now problems. There is a plastic tab that needs to be pressed in towards the middle of the drawer. I am not sure if they are the same in our two different models.
I hope you can determine the way to remove it!! GOOD LUCK!!!

In my 322FKS the drawers release by pushing up on the middle of the triangular plastic guide under the drawer.

Pull the drawer all the way out as far as you can, there are two little black fingers, one on each side. Push one up and the other one down and pull drawer out. To put drawer in, put the slide arms all of the way in, line up the drawer to the slide arms and push in.
