Yup, it was a little disconcerting the first time I replaced one of those (my rig has 4). Yanking on that little piece of glass on your brand new trailer gets kind of scary. Esp with DW looking over your shoulder saying "don't break it". They're in there pretty tight too, some of them take some effort to get out. Don't use anything but your fingers or you will break them.
I get them lined up and give them a good tap or two when re-inserting. No problem!
