Replacement door sweep for 26BHSW

We purchased a 2016 Jay Feather 26BHSW and the screen entry door is fine as long as the outside door and the screen door are closed together. When it's just the screen door, there are lots of gaps due to the material that the sweep is made out of. Has anyone replaced theirs? It's kind of like hair and not rubber. All kinds of gaps are there and bugs and or other critters can get in easily. We live in the great white north and there are lots and lots of bugs but it' since to have the screen door open to get a breeze. Any suggestions???

Ours is the same, with the gas strut on the bottom. Not sure if there's anything you can do better. The way the screen door has to pass over the strut kinda limits what will work as a sweep.
