Reset button on white hawk

Can someone tell me where the rest button is on a 2014 white hawk 24rbs. I was told it was either the kitchen or bathroom and I can't find it. I know I had one in my jayco SLX. My water heater (DSI) doesn't work through the electricity but does with the propane. Called dealer and they said it could be the reset button. Of course when I called back they were closed. Thanks.

They could be referring to the circuit breaker. It may have tripped. Have you checked to see if you have any tripped in your electrical panel?

Is your water heater an Atwood or Suburban? I have an Atwood in my Eagle and to my knowledge there is no "reset" button for the electric side, just a circuit breaker. You might check to make sure the switch inside is functioning properly. On my previous camper which had a Suburban, the reset switch/button was located on the outside part of the water heater. Just open the exterior panel and it was right there.

Here is a link to the operating manual for the Suburban water heater.
