Rookie mistake---pipes

have my camper--29 bhs at port oconnor tx...left in a big hurry last time dn there,...drained the water heater,but ,forgot to dr the pipes...
my question is---it has the under belly cover,...can u get to the pipes,if removed....and,...what is the exact size,rating should i need to buy more and fix....i dont think,the weather,dn there stayed below freezing for 2 days,but,it did go dn,then back up a few times.........thanks jwb

You are probably ok. The pex is pretty forgiving so I would pressurize the system and see if you have a leak before you get too concerned. I am in Tennessee where we have plenty of below freezing weather. My friend didn't use his water for 6 years and left water in it. Only damage was kitchen faucet and shower hose, but no pex.

If your pipes are damaged the water will be running out somewhere. No water, no problem.

Most of the pex plumbing in that trailer is inside. It starts under the kitchen sink, travels under the oven on the floor, then under the sofa back to the vanity sink, to the toilet, shower and then under the rear bottom bunk bed to the outside shower. So it can somewhat be inspected from the inside of the TT. The waste plumbing however would be under the floor. From your description of the temps I think you are probably alright. Best bet is to add water to the tank and pressurize the system with the water pump. If the pump turns off and stays off after pressurizing there are no leaks in the fresh water system. -Lee
