Rubber roof question

I have a 2013 Eagle 304BHS with Alpha rubber roof. I wash the roof with mild soap 2X a year and caulk with Dicor as needed. When I was hauling up solar panels up on the roof this past weekend, I noticed that last 2" to 4" (from the edge of the roof) were not glued down all the way around the roof except where the front cap is located. I also noticed that there were bubbles a few inches farther up and the air was moving between the 2" - 4" around the edge and the bubble. Has anyone noticed similar issue in his/her trailer? If so, what if anything did you do about this issue?
