Seal over slide failed

This is our third season with our '14 Jayflight Swift 23MBH, when the slide was being retracted on our last trip, the seal jammed. I was able to put the slide back out, and carefully un-jam the seal by pushing it back inside the trailer.

Thankfully I was able to get in to a dealer right away, without losing any camping days. The service tech informed me that the seal had never been properly installed, and should have been noticed during PDI.

Just posting this as a heads up, in case you haven't taken a real close look at the seal and how it is attached.
