Slide out problem

We took our new 2017 Jay Flight 284bhsw SLX out for our 1st trip this weekend and everything went good till we started bring in the slide out. As it was coming in my wife noticed it was tipping up almost hitting the ceiling. We put it back out and checked again that there was nothing on the roof and tried again. On the 4th try it finally came in correctly. Once we got home I put it out and in a few times with no issues but as I was walking past the trailer I noticed the seal was rowed up on the right top Conner of the slide out. Not sure what the heck is going on.
All this after finding a dozen issues wrong with it before ever spending a night in it. The dealership has been great they picked up the tt from our drive and delivered back home. We went with a Jayco because everyone (friends and dealers ) talked about how good Jayco's quality is. Starting to wonder if we made the correct choice.

All campers will have their issues no matter what brand. Sounds like your dealer is a good one. Let them check it out and see. Our 314bhds slides would tip a bit moving them in and out during their travel but would always end up in proper position when fully extended or retracted. Our new 324bhts that we just got has a schwintek slide for the kitchen. These types you cannot stop when moving them due to having dual motors that have to stay synced. This will take some time to get used to.
