Slideout not flush when closed

Our slideout sticks out at least an inch on one side when closed. The Store we bought it from says its fine. We hate how it looks. Anyone else have this?

I do not have that and it doesn't seem correct to me.

What year and model it your TT. Yes this is not normal and can be corrected, you have to sync the motors.

Yes, when I bought mine it was not flush on one side but the other was nice and tight... I took it to the dealer and they had to adjust it so that it was even on both sides. Only took them about 15 minutes to make the adjustment.

Slideout not flush when closed

This happened to us, and we were told it was because we stopped holding down the button to extend the slide out before it was all the way out, so it needed to be reset. Pushing and holding the extend button until the slide out was all the way out and then holding it just about 10 seconds more before retracting the slide out all the way seemed to work as a "reset." Since then we have been careful to not stop extending or retracting mid-way, and it has fully closed and been flush each time.
