Stabilizer Jacks easy removal

Hello everyone. We have a Jayco Jayflight 264BHW that we will be into our 2nd year this year. We really have enjoyed it so far. Last year on one of our last trips I bent one of the front stabilizer jacks when pulling the trailer. I took both front jacks off and decided when I travel I am going to leave them off. My question is this. I have the idea to install the jacks back on with pins instead of bolts so that I can more easily take them on and off again at the campsite. Has anyone ever done this and is there already something you can purchase for it, or is it something I will just have to make up?

That is just a suggestion, there are plenty more options than that...

I have used the stack jacks in the past. I like them, been thinking about buying a pair to put in front of my axles on my htt. They are fairly easy to use.

What about something like this with a Clevis clip?

Of course, you can get this and similar at the local HW store.

I use the stack jacks too, but I don't regard them as terribly "easy" to use. They're kind of finicky IMO. They do work, and they are cheap, but I'm looking to permanently install scissor jacks where I currently use stack jacks.

I added a set of jacks just ahead of the wheels of my trailer. Being they stick out a bit when installed, I used these Save a Jack mounting brackets. When setting up, I just slide the jack in place, install the pin and crank them down. Works great!

LOL!! That's exactly what I was trying to come up with when I suggested the clevis pins and clips!!

Nothing like re-inventing the wheel!
